Positive Social Interactions (PSIs)

Here's an idea for you; the next time you interact with someone - anyone - make it a Positive Social Interaction (PSI).

What's a PSI? It's just what it sounds like; be pleasant, approachable, kind, gracious, thankful. When a friend dresses nicely, give a PSI. When a co-worker does their job - give a PSI. When your kids are just being themselves and having fun - give a PSI.

The power of PSIs cannot be underestimated. Think of all the times we engage in negative social interactions (NSIs) with each other and with ourselves. We criticise, complain, and nag. We've learned a number of great ways to be cruel and unkind, but we so rarely try and and be good, positive, or kind.

Some food for though.
